With this guide you will know how these can effect your body and how much you should consume! Of course we also have some of my very favorite healthy foods with their macros thrown in so we can create some delicious and nutritious dishes!

Stronger Than You Know
4-Week Workout Guide

This guide is designed for you to build muscle and overall strength. You will follow a  workout routine, like I followed, which helped my body and mind transform. Through this program I gained self-confidence, confidence in the gym, and physical strength and muscle. I can't wait to watch you do the same! To complete this guide you will need a basic gym membership required. The program length is 4 weeks, with 4 workouts per week. Each workout will be 45 minutes to 1 hour and will include a leg day, back & biceps day, chest & triceps day, and a  shoulders & abs day. When you push yourself, and believe in yourself, you will see that you are so much stronger than you even know!
